Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY

DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT

READING THESE TERMS FIRST.

Please contact us before ordering if you do not understand something,

as we will not make any exceptions to our policies.

We reserve the right to refuse to do business with a person who makes excessive returns and or exchanges.

These limits are determined by us and will depend on the percentage of returns verses your purchases.

Ordering from us means you agree to the following terms:

1-The following are never returnable or exchangeable: Teddies, Rompers, Swimsuits,  Eyelashes, Booty-shorts, Thongs, G-strings, Fullback Bottoms, Hosiery, Nom de Plume Dresses, Special Orders, Clearance, and Holiday Merchandise.

2- You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization # within 7 days of receiving the package. If you do not, you forfeit your right to return or exchange anything from that order.

Please request a RMA # to write on the outside of your box via e-mail to mystrippercloset@yahoo.com.

You have 7 days to ship the item back from the date you are given the RMA.

Packages without an RMA are not accepted so do not forget to do this.

Please let us know the tracking number when you ship the item.

You are responsible for insuring your item for the full value, obtaining a tracking number, and paying for the return shipping.

3-All returns and exchanges will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. This is to make up the difference from our actual shipping cost, and time that was spent processing your order and return.

All return credits will have the $5.00 shipping deducted.

If you owe us money, that balance will need to be paid in full prior to us shipping out the new item.

4-Refunds will be refunded exactly as you paid only.

In the event you no longer have the card you paid with, you will receive a store credit only.

5-All clothing tags and additional items must remain attached and in original condition.

Removing tags voids your right to return or exchange the item.

All packaging must be returned with the item.

If you stain the item with anything, make the item stink with cologne, or do anything to the item to not leave it not in a sellable condition, you will forfeit your refund. 

6-Shoes must not have any sign of wear.

It is best to try on shoes on a carpet to avoid accidentally scratching the bottom of the shoes.

7-Any defective item will be replaced with exactly the same item in the same color and size.

 

SHIPPING

PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY

If you need an item by a specific date please send us a

note FIRST before ordering the item to make sure

we can deliver it when you need it.

The exception to this is Nom de Plume Dresses and Karo Shoes.

Both of those companies make the product when ordered so there is no way to give an exact date for delivery.

There are NO cancellations allowed once you place an order.


Orders will be processed within 24 hours after we receive them.

In stock items will be sent out on

Monday, Wednesdays, & Fridays only.

Please then allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your in stock items from the day of shipping.

Items not in stock will be sent as soon as the item returns to our stock.

All orders are charged $5.00 for shipping.

Sorry at this time we do not ship outside of the United States.

There will be an additional charge for orders to Hawaii and Alaska depending on the item.

The return shipping labels will either have an address only

or a Tierney Enterprises logo.

It is YOUR responsibility to list the correct shipping address.

If your item is returned to us because YOU listed the wrong address,

the refund will be made as if you requested an RMA,

meaning a 20% restocking fee and the shipping cost

will be with held from your refund.
