Returns will not be accepted without a completed RMA Form.

The RMA # given to you upon contacting us by emailing us (click here) before starting your return process to recieve further instructions!                      

Returns and exchanges must be mailed out to us within 7 days of arriving to customer. This date is when the carrier confirms your delivery destination received it. No exceptions will be made- even if you state you were on vacation so please order accordingly.

Drop shipping and shipping costs are non refundable. For orders with free shipping, the actual original shipping, and drop shipping charge will be deducted from your store credit refund. 

It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us. We are not responsible for packages that we do not receive or that arrive damaged.

Refunds are issued as store credit only.

STORE CREDIT is issued to keep our credit card processing fees down. 

We will issue you store credit if you have a store account or store credit in the form of a coupon code to use towards your next purchase. 

Items excluded from returns or exchanges are as follows:

  • Any intimate apparel (anything touching the genitals) such as thongs, g-strings, bikinis, rompers, teddys, etc.
  • Clearance items are never returnable and/or exchangeable
  • ALL Nom de Plume items are never returnable and/or exchangeable
  • Items showing use or wear, removed tags, stains, or odors such as perfume or smoke will not be accepted

For Health Code Regulations no intimate apparel, hosiery, body stockings, panties, pantyhose, underwear, rompers, teddies, eyelashes, shorts, short sets, pants, cat suits or any outfits that include thongs, panties, and such related items will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 7 business days for returns/exchanges to fully process. If you need an exchanged item faster than this, please place a new order and put order number on line provided on RMA Form for us to adjust and credit shipping costs, as they would be using the return form. 

We only process returns on Friday. Once a return/exchange is complete we will email you the code to use on your next order.

Prior to calling us to see where your code is, please confirm with the tracking # you purchase when you ship the item back to us- that we did receive the item, that at least 7 days has passed since we received it, and that the code is not in your spam. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA# ON FRONT OF PACKAGE AND A COMPLETED RMA FORM ENCLOSED

***If you are returning a shoe box, wrap it in a brown paper bag to avoid the expense of buying a box at the post office***
