UGHHHH we have been doing our best to handle taking in customer orders and bundling them with other orders - then sending them to Pleaser -- then Pleaser has to send them to us -- then we send them to you. Pleaser was supposed to resume drop shipping months ago, As of today, July 3rd, they still have not. We are so sorry for the delays with shoes.

Please kindly note the order turnaround time: express will now take 2-3 working days to ship out, expedite will take 3-7 working days to ship out, ground will take 7-10 working days to ship.

Please be advised that we have been experiencing increased order volume and difficulty in hiring more warehouse people thus results in order delays. Please adjust your order arrival based upon below order process time
1.) Express order (domestic next day/two day/three day and international express) will have 2-3 working days to ship out from our warehouse.
2.) Ground/expedited (domestic ground/international expedited) will have 4-7 working days to ship out from our warehouse.
We have been doing the best we can by putting average about 10 hours of overtime but the health of our warehouse staff is one of our top priorities to ensure a smooth operation. Your understanding and patience is highly appreciated.
