MyStripperCloset.com is sorry something did not work for you.

If you feel you did not receive the correct product or received a defective item, contact us via email with clear pictures of the product received.

We will figure out the remedy per case.

If you have a regular return or exchange issue, please be sure to read this before starting the return.

Returns will not be accepted without a completed RMA Form and valid RMA #.

The RMA # is given to you upon contacting us by email within 10 days of receiving the item.

We will email the code within three days of receiving your request.

Returns and exchanges must be sent back to us within thirty days of our tracking saying the last item from your order was delivered to you.

Only ONE RMA is issued per order.

No exceptions will be made - even if you state you were out of town and did not personally receive item, only that is was delivered. 

Drop shipping and shipping costs to send the items to you are are non refundable.

For orders with free shipping, the actual original shipping, and drop shipping charge will be deducted from your store credit refund.

Your item will say next to it if it was a dropship - all shoes/boots (except clearance)are dropshipped.

The cost to ship the item back to us, is your responsibility. 

It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us.

We are not responsible for packages that we do not receive or that arrive damaged.

Refunds are issued as store credit only.

This is clearly stated in the terms and conditions tab you have to agree to at checkout.

We will issue you store credit if you have a store account or store credit in the form of a coupon code to use towards your next purchase. 

Store credit never expires and can be used with all sales.

Items excluded from returns or exchanges are as follows:

  • no intimate apparel such as hosiery, body stockings, panties, pantyhose, underwear, rompers, teddies, eyelashes, shorts, short sets, pants, cat suits or any outfits that include thongs, panties, and such related items. 
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • All Special Halloween items - these will be cleared marked no returns or exchanges 
  • ALL Nom de Plume items 
  • Items showing use or wear, removed tags, stains, or odors such as perfume or smoke will not be accepted and only returned to you at your cost plus a $20 administration charge.
  • Do not try garments on unless you are freshly showered, have not put lotion, perfume, glitter, deodorant, etc on.

We only process returns on Friday afternoons. 

Once a return/exchange is complete we will email you the code to use on your next order.

Prior to calling us to see where your code is, please confirm with the tracking # you purchase when you ship the item back to us- that we did receive the item, that at least 7 days has passed since we received it, and that the code is not in your spam. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA# ON FRONT OF THE PACKAGE.

A RETURN CANNOT BE PROCESSED IF A COMPLETED RMA FORM IS NOT ENCLOSED.

***If you are returning a shoe box, wrap it in a brown paper bag to avoid the expense of buying a box at the post office***

Please be advised that while I want everybody to love their products, if you order something and do not check your size, color, etc before checking out and order the wrong item, we cannot make an exception to our policy.

It is solely your  responsibility to review your order before checking out.
