We are sorry something did not work for you.
WRONG PRODUCT?
If you feel you did not receive the correct product,
PLEASE check your order to be sure you did not accidently order incorrectly.
If you were sent the wrong item as an error on our part,
we will work with you to find the solution that works best for you.
Contact us via email Sales@MyStripperCloset.com with clear pictures of the product received,
tags must still be attached with your order number.
(Please do make sure you are contacting correct store! LOL -
seriously, people send return requests all the time for orders that are not ours!)
DEFECTIVE?
If your item seems defective,
please email us with a clear video explaining issue or text issue and send a picture. DEFECTIVE ITEMS ARE REPLACED WITH EXACT SAME ITEM ONLY
REGULAR RETURN?
If you have a return, please be sure to read this entire process before starting the return.
Returns will not be accepted without a completed RMA Form and valid RMA #.
The RMA # is given to you upon contacting us either through the tab in your store account marked returns or
by emailing a request at Sales@MyStripperCloset.com within 10 days of receiving the item.
We will email the RMA # and form on the following Friday.
RETURNS ARE ONLY HANDLED ON TUESDAY'S.
Returns must be sent back to us within thirty days of you receiving your RMA.
Only ONE RMA is issued per order so be sure to have tried on all items before initiating a return.
The actual & original shipping charges we paid on your behalf will be deducted from your credit.
The cost to ship the item back to us, is your responsibility.
It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us as we are not responsible
for packages that we do not receive or that arrive damaged.
To keep our costs down, we only issue you a store credit that never expires, we do not refund cards.
Items excluded from returns are as follows:
- no intimate apparel such as hosiery, body stockings, panties, pantyhose, underwear, rompers,
- teddies, bodysuits, shorts, short sets, pants, cat suits, or any outfits that include thongs, panties.
- THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS EVER TO THIS POLICY!
- DO ASK FOR SIZING INFO IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS PRIOR TO ORDERING!!
- Clearance items - marked FINAL SALE
- Gift cards
- All Special Halloween items - these will be clearly marked no returns or exchanges
- Items showing use or wear, removed tags, stains, or odors such as perfume or smoke will be discarded and no refund will BE GIVEN
- Do not try garments on unless you are freshly showered, have not put lotion, perfume, glitter, deodorant, do not smoke right before or during trying on item, etc on.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA# ON FRONT OF THE PACKAGE.
DO NOT JUST MAIL a package back as it will not be accepted.
***If you are returning a shoe box,
wrap it in a brown paper bag to avoid the expense of buying a box at the post office***
