SHIPPING POLICY 

Please do read through this page prior to ordering.

BEFORE ordering the item to make sure we can deliver it when you need it by.

 

Orders cannot be cancelled or altered unless an item is out of stock.

The shipping process can start moments after your order is placed. Orders go through many different steps. We cannot stop everything/everyone to find out where one order is so please order very carefully.

If an item is out of stock, and you do not wish to substitute, your money is refunded immediately. Please be aware your bank may take several days to post the refund. 

 

 

We process orders in our office usually the same day they are placed during our normal business hours to send to our warehouses.

The warehouse pulls your items and sends to the Shipping Department.

The shipping department prepares your shipping label and forwards to the correct carrier.

Once the shipping department has created your label, your tracking information is sent back to our main office where we forward it to you.

Often by the time we receive and send you the tracking, your order is already in transit.

A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

 

Any order being placed/processed after 1230pm on Friday, although will be packed and prepped for shipment, will not actually leave our warehouses until at least Monday.

 

First class mail is not guaranteed any timeline, generally it is 3 to 7 business days to receive your in stock items from the day of shipping in the Contiguous USA.

 

 

 

All orders under $70.00 are charged a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping in the Contiguous USA.

 

Shipping is processed through 16 different warehouses.

 

You may receive multiple packages on different dates, depending on the carrier/shipping method used.

 

You will be emailed each of your tracking numbers, or you can locate them in your order details, and if you still need help, please contact us.

 

We may or may not include an invoice in your package depending on what warehouse it was shipped from.

 

If you live in an area that has a history of packages that are stolen from doorsteps, the shipping carrier may require a signature.

 

If you would like to make your shipment signature required, please email us for a quote.

 

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, Fedex, or UPS we are no longer responsible.

 

If a package goes missing YOU must be in touch with the carrier to proceed to make a complaint with the carrier, we can not help you besides give you the confirmed tracking information.

 

We cannot tell the carriers where to leave a package.

 

If you have any concerns about packages being left at your door, it is best to get a mailbox at a place like a UPS store. They will sign for packages and keep them safe until you are ready to pick them up.

 

 

SHIPPING TO ALTERNATE ADDRESSES

ALL ORDERS MUST BE VERIFIED IF REQUESTING TO SHIP TO ANY ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE CARD HOLDERS ADDRESS. 

This is to protect you and us here at MyStripperCloset.com from cyber crime.

Please do return our contact request to verify ASAP or we must cancel your order.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Only valid inside the United States.

Paying for express shipping does not guarantee we can fill your order the same day.

It is best to text us 407-437-1467 to confirm/notify us of an express order.

 

Express orders are only processed on regular business days (no weekends or legal holidays) before 12:30 PM.

To know if we can express something please text us 407-437-1467

So to be clear, an example is - if you order after at 12:31 pm on Friday,

it does not get processed until Monday for a Tuesday delivery -

(assuming Monday is not a legal holiday)

so although it is an overnight order -

you will not receive it until the NEXT BUSINESS  day after you ordered it. 

 

 

 

SHIPPING TO FPO/APO

We are happy to do some extra work for those serving our country, however please understand the process before you order.

Pleaser shoes will not directly ship to AFO/FPO addresses. We have any shoes sent to us and then we ship them via USPS. Since we will have paid for shipping the item(s) us, we must charge you for that USPS shipping. We will collect this additional charge after you place your order. You can pay using Paypal, we can send you an invoice to pay online, or by having us by run your credit card manually with you over the phone. For the clothes we stock here, there is no extra charge.

 

SHIPPING ISSUES

It is your responsibility to check your order before you confirm payment.

The most common mistake is are entering the wrong size like a 7 instead of an 8- we all make mistakes but if we do not make them, we cannot be financially responsible for the shipping cost to get the correct item to you. The next common mistake is ordering the wrong quantity, again, please check before you hit submit.

It is your responsibility to list the correct shipping address. If your item is returned to us because you listed the wrong address, we will contact you for you to pay for the new shipping. If we cannot get in touch with you, a refund (store credit only) will be made as if you requested an RMA and the shipping cost will be withheld from your refund along with a $10.00 administration fee.

If you fail to accept any package from us, you will be charged for the shipping back to us as well as an administration fee of $10.00.

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our shipping times for international orders varies. We have no control over delays customs could cause. You are responsible for any duties/taxes due once a product is shipped. It is your responsibility to find out what the tax, duties, or fees are to receive a package from us if your country has separate fees. We do not know nor do we attempt to help you figure this out so we are not involved in any misunderstandings that could happen. If you do not accept the package and it is returned to us, you will be charged the shipping to you, back from you, and a $20.00 administration fee. Shoes cannot be sent directly to you from our Pleaser, so there may be an additional fee that we will know once the order is placed. You will have the option to cancel for a full refund if there will be too much of an additional charge.

International Shipping does not qualify for expedited shipping.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS HAVE A FLAT RATE OF $75. except Canada and Puerto Rico are $50.
