Orders cannot be cancelled unless an item is out of stock. 


Expedited Shipping:


Paying for express shipping does not guarantee we can fill your order the same day.

It is best to call or email us to confirm this prior to placing an order.

All our vendors have different cut off times of when an order must be placed by.

Please note this does not apply to Nom de Plume Dresses as their products are made to order,

so an exact date for delivery of Nom de Plume items are out of our control. 

Please be sure to understand once the item is shipped and our tracking results show you have received the package, your time for a return begins. If you will not be in town to accept delivery, your time to return something will not be extended. Please refer to our returns page for more information.

We process orders the same day they are placed during our business hours.

Our Shipping Departments work 24/7, however, it may take until the next business day for your order to actually ship or for you to receive tracking information.

The reason for this is because there are several steps to processing orders at different warehouses- different work schedules etc

A business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Any order being placed/processed after 1pm on Friday, although will be packed and prepped for shipment, will not actually leave our warehouses until Monday.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days to receive your in stock items from the day of shipping.

All orders under $70.00 are charged a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping in the USA. 

Shipping is processed through 16 different warehouses. You may receive multiple packages on different dates, depending on the carrier/shipping method used. You will be emailed your tracking numbers, or locate them in your order details, and of course if you still need help, please contact us.

We may or may not include an invoice in your package depending on what warehouse it was shipped from. 

If you live in an area that has a history of packages that are stolen from doorsteps, the shipping carrier may require a signature.

If you would like to make your shipment signature required, please email us for a quote.

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, Fedex, or UPS we are no longer responsible.

If a package goes missing YOU must be in touch with the carrier to proceed to make a complaint with the carrier, we can not help you besides give you the confirmed tracking information. 

We cannot tell the carriers where to leave a package.


Shipping to FPO/APO:

We are happy to do some extra work for those serving our country, however please understand the process before you order.

The shoe companies will not directly ship to AFO/FPO addresses, so we have the items sent to us and then we bring them to the USPS. Since we will have paid for shipping the item(s) us, we must charge you for that USPS shipping. We will collect this additional charge after you place your order. You can pay using Paypal, we can send you an invoice to pay online, or by having us by run your credit card manually with you over the phone. For the clothes we stock here, there is no extra charge.

Shipping Issues:

It is your responsibilty to check your order before you confirm payment.

The most common mistake is are entering the wrong size like a 7 instead of an 8- we all make mistakes but if we do not make them, we will not be responsible for the shipping cost to get the correct item to you. The next common mistake is ordering the wrong quanity, again, please check before you hit submit. 

It is your responsibility to list the correct shipping address. If your item is returned to us because you listed the wrong address, we will contact you for you to pay for the new shipping. If we cannot get in touch with you, a refund (store credit only) will be made as if you requested an RMA and the shipping cost will be withheld from your refund along with a $10.00 administration fee. 

If you fail to accept any package from us, you will be charged for the shipping back to us as well as an administration fee of $10.00. 


Delivery to a PO Box 

You can have packages sent to your PO Box but you need to provide the mailing address from your Post Office. It is not just your normal box address.  


International Shipping:

Our shipping times for international orders varies. Please refer to the guide on the product and then add 1-2 weeks. We have no control over delays customs could cause. You are responsible for any duties/taxes due once a product is shipped. We  It is your responsibilty to find out what the tax, duties, or fees are to receive a package from us if your country has separate fees. We do not know nor do we attempt to help you figure this out so we are not involved in any misunderstandings that could happen. If you do not accept the package and it is returned to us, you will be charged the shipping to you, back from you, and a $20.00 administration fee.





We do not ship to the following countries.
